On January 9, our Lady Eagles basketball players attended Brewer Varsity Basketball Youth Night to support former CDS players and their team. Thank you, Coaches Charpentier and Deveau, for providing such a fun team building opportunity, and thank you to BHS for the invitation!

FRIDAY Game Day Information for CDS vs Bangor Christian at the Cross Insurance Center:
* Team drop off at the loading dock area on Buck Street. Teams may enter starting at 9:00.
* Fan parking is free and fans may enter through the main doors. Fan doors open at 9:30. The Cross Center security team will be present.
* The concession booth nearest the main entrance will be open.
* There are three sections of the arena designated for fan seating - please respect all boundaries and markings.
* There will be FREE face painting, Christmas crafts, and a Christmas themed photo backdrop available at ground level for all to use.
* Admission prices have been reported as different than what we originally thought. Admission prices are: $10 adult, $7 senior citizen, $5 student (non-player) CASH ONLY
Admission prices help pay for the use of the venue.

There will be NO GIRLS games today, due to a coach issue with Wagner.
The BOYS games are still on @ Wagner.

AOS 47 the Airline, Dedham and Orrington School Departments. Due to the damage from our last storm and to allow for greater visibility we will have a 1 hour delay today 12/20/23. All opening school functions will begin 1 hour later than our normally scheduled times.
The K-2 T'was the Night Before Christmas book day is rescheduled for Wednesday, December 20.

AOS 47 the Airline, Dedham and Orrington School Departments: All schools will have a 2 hour delay tomorrow, Tuesday, December 19th due to the widespread damage, road closures and subsequent cleanup. Currently, all opening school functions will begin 2 hours later than our normally scheduled times. This will allow for us to reassess the likelihood of us having school in the daylight and if it is not possible to bring students in I will send out a cancellation notice. There will be no morning Pre-k for Orrington and Dedham.
Basketball CDS vs Bucksport is CANCELED today, Monday, December 18, due to no power. This includes both BOYS and GIRLS games. A make up date will be announced at a later time.
As everyone knows, we are without power and phones. As of right now we are not on generator power either. We continue to check our emails through cell phones so if you have any specific directions for after school, please send an email to the office.
